Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Mark Tishkun for your use of EZBOL. By downloading or using EZBOL, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What EZBOL Does

EZBOL helps truck drivers scan, review, create PDFs, and send freight paperwork from a phone. Documents may include bills of lading, proof of delivery, rate confirmations, and receipts.

EZBOL is a tool. It does not replace your own review of a document. You are responsible for checking your paperwork before you send it.

Your Responsibilities

• Use EZBOL only for lawful freight paperwork and related business use.
• Make sure you have the right to scan, store, share, and send each document.
• Check all scanned pages before sending them.
• Check broker email addresses, CC addresses, load numbers, subjects, and message text before sending.
• Keep your phone, email account, and app access secure.
• Do not use EZBOL to send illegal, harmful, false, or unauthorized content.

Email And Broker Delivery

EZBOL opens your phone's email app with a prepared email and attached PDF. Your email app sends the message. Mark Tishkun does not control your email provider, your broker's email system, or whether a broker accepts your paperwork.

You are responsible for confirming that your paperwork was sent to the correct recipient and received when required.

Document Check And AI

EZBOL may provide local checks and optional cloud AI checks to help find possible issues such as blurry scans, missing signatures, or missing dates.

Document check and AI results may be wrong or incomplete. They are only a helper. You must still review the document yourself. Mark Tishkun does not guarantee that a document will be accepted by a broker, carrier, shipper, receiver, or payment provider.

No Legal, Financial, Or Settlement Advice

EZBOL does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, settlement, factoring, or payment advice. Any statements about faster paperwork or faster settlement are general product descriptions, not a guarantee that you will be paid by a certain date.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the documents, scans, PDFs, broker details, email text, and other content you put into EZBOL.

You give Mark Tishkun permission to process your content only as needed to provide app features you choose to use, such as creating PDFs, opening the email app, running document check, providing support, and improving app reliability.

Third-Party Services

EZBOL uses third-party platforms, services, and SDKs to provide app features. These may include Apple services, Google services, Firebase, Gemini, Expo, React Native libraries, document scanning tools, text recognition tools, sharing tools, and your email provider.

Third-party services are controlled by their own terms and policies. Mark Tishkun is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

App Store Terms

If you download EZBOL from the Apple App Store, your download and use may also be subject to Apple's terms and policies. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for EZBOL.

License

Mark Tishkun gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EZBOL on a device you own or control, only as allowed by these terms and the app store rules that apply to you.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, rent, or distribute the app unless the law gives you that right.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use EZBOL to violate any law or regulation.
• Send documents you do not have permission to send.
• Interfere with the app, security features, Firebase, AI services, or other service providers.
• Try to access systems, data, or accounts that are not yours.
• Use the app in a way that harms Mark Tishkun, other users, brokers, or service providers.

Changes To The App

We may change, pause, or stop any part of EZBOL at any time. We may add or remove features. We may release updates that change how the app works.

Disclaimers

EZBOL is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mark Tishkun disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that scans will be perfect, emails will send, brokers will accept paperwork, AI checks will find every issue, or the app will be available without errors or interruptions.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mark Tishkun will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost loads, delayed settlement, lost data, or business interruption.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mark Tishkun's total liability for any claim related to EZBOL will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use EZBOL in the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Mark Tishkun from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses that arise from your use of EZBOL, your documents, your emails, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Termination

You may stop using EZBOL at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the app or related services if you violate these terms or if continued access creates risk for Mark Tishkun, users, or service providers.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless the laws where you live require otherwise.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms when EZBOL changes. If we make important changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of EZBOL after the terms change means you accept the updated terms.
